EXCHANGES

We can exchanges items as long as this takes place within 14 days after the parcel has been delivered. If the item you received is not your size, you can exchange it for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value. Keep in mind that you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange.  Belaguer will help (info below) to expedite the exchange process by offering its exchange/return portal through its shipping company. Belaguer is not responsible for third party loss of your parcel during shipping to our address in order to carry out an exchange.

Contact us with your order number so that we can commence the exchange process. Items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.  If after our check, we notice that the item appears to be used, not just in order to try it, we will not accept the exchange and we will return the item to you.

We will only receive packages between the hours of 8:00h to 14:00h.

PRE-ORDERS are final sales, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned, make sure you choose the right product/size.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered, BELAGUER will not make trips to pick up packages at local shipping offices.



RETURNS

Belaguer offers the option of returning the item as long as this is done within 14 business days of its delivery, otherwise a return cannot be made. You will receive store credit via a BELAGUER GIFT CARD, we do not process money returns.

To process this request, you need to send an email to support@belaguer.com with the subject “RETURN” and provide us with the order number or click here

All returns exclude shipping costs, we regret that we cannot cover the shipping costs, and will only be responsible for these when an item is faulty.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an return.

To make a Change/Return the customer must contact support@belaguer.com indicating the reason and will be provided with a link that will redirect you to our portal of Changes/Returns in which you can generate a shipping label at reduced cost and greater ease.

PRIVACY POLICY

Belaguer respects our clients’ information. This is stored as private and confidential information and is never shared with external parties. Your information is safe and encrypted. WE NEVER SEE THE INFORMATION ON YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD, we only see the address of your order and your name.

SHIPMENTS

We carry out national and international shipments. 
National Express Shipping: There is a delivery time of 1 to 2 days for receipt of orders.
International shipments by DHL Express usually take 1-3 business days worldwide.
You will receive confirmation and order tracking details by email. 
Allow 1-3 business days to process orders.

- I have just received an incorrect/wrong sized item, can I exchange it? 
Yes, email us at support@belaguer.com with the order number and we will deal with the issue.
 
- Can I cancel an order? 
We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish, you can exchange your order for an item of the same price before the order has been shipped out by contacting support@belaguer.com
 
- I put the wrong address on the order, can I change it?
Send an email to support@belaguer.com immediately with the subject “INCORRECT ADDRESS” and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible.  We cannot re-send an order once it has been shipped.

- Can a PRE-ORDER be exchanged or returned?
Be sure to choose the right size/color, PRE-ORDERS and MYSTERY BOXES  are final sales.
